Terms of Sale: TranceTools Apps

These terms cover buying a licence for TranceTools Spark, TranceTools Arrange or TranceTools Reshape (or a bundle of them). The tools on this website stay free and aren't covered here.

Who you're buying from

Payments go through Stripe's checkout. Stripe, trading as Link, is the seller of record: it takes your payment, charges any VAT or sales tax, and sends your receipt. TranceTools, run from the United Kingdom, makes the apps and gives you the licence.

TranceTools Spark: £39
TranceTools Arrange: £29
TranceTools Reshape: £29, or £20 if you own TranceTools Spark and Arrange. Enter one of your product keys at checkout; a Spark and Arrange bundle counts, and so do both apps bought separately with the same email.

All three apps: £79

The price shown at checkout is what you pay, including any VAT or sales tax. There's no subscription and nothing more to pay for version 1.

The apps go on sale on Tuesday 1 December. TranceTools Spark, Arrange and Reshape are out now, and free to try.

Your licence

One licence key, emailed to you as soon as your payment completes.
Use it on up to 2 computers of your own at once. To move it, deactivate it on one computer first.
Every 1.x update is included. A future version 2 may be a paid upgrade, offered at a discount to existing owners and free to anyone who bought in the 90 days before it comes out.
The app checks your licence online when you activate it and about every two weeks after that.
Your licence is personal: please don't share, resell or publish your key. We may switch off a key that's been shared publicly.
Anything you make with TranceTools is yours to use however you like, including in commercial releases.

Refunds

If a TranceTools app isn't right for you, email hello@trancetools.com within 14 days of buying for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunding switches off the licence key. You can also ask Link's support for help with a payment.

Before you buy

Try the free preview first: each app works without a licence, so you can see exactly what it does with your DAW before you buy. Check the system requirements on each app's page: TranceTools Spark, Arrange and Reshape.
